We collect: your name and email (from signup), your Shopify store URL and read-only access tokens, social media account identifiers (Instagram, Facebook page IDs), and usage data (pages visited, features used). We do not collect your customers' personal data directly — we read anonymised order/cart data from Shopify for automation purposes.

We use your data to: power your automations (posting, email flows, cart recovery), generate your Weekly Win Report and competitor analysis, provide technical support, and improve our AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Our Shopify integration is read-only. We read product, order, and inventory data to power automations. We never write to your Shopify store or modify any data within it. Shopify credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 7 days. On cancellation, all store and personal data is purged within 7 days. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
